When reporting an issue, please give us as much detail as you can about the problem. We need an exact description of what occured and all of the steps you took to make it happen. The more information you can give us, the better! We'll also need to know what browser and version you're using (Firefox 4, Internet Explorer 8, etc.)
Please be aware that Farmandia is not made or controlled by CafeMom. We will read and help answer
questions that are posted here when possible, but most reports will be forwarded and handled a third-party.
You can also contact the game provider's Customer Support team to report your issues. To do this, click on the "Help" button above the game, then select "My question is not on this list" to fill out the form.
