When reporting an issue, please give us as much detail as you can about the problem. We need an exact description of what occured and all of the steps you took to make it happen. The more information you can give us, the better! We'll also need to know what browser and version you're using (Firefox 4, Internet Explorer 8, etc.)
Please be aware that Farmandia is not made or controlled by CafeMom. We will read and help answer
questions that are posted here when possible, but most reports will be forwarded and handled a third-party.
You can also contact the game provider's Customer Support team to report your issues. To do this, click on the "Help" button above the game, then select "My question is not on this list" to fill out the form.

seems to be going around, knock on wood havent had anything go invisible yet but have heard of invisible green houses and flower factories, crazy damn russians are at it again, when I first started doing the crafts I tried the rye first and it didn't work so stuck with wheat, its funny how the glitches only affect some at first thought it was my computer cause when I started the farm I was using an older computer but that wasn't it cause my laptops pretty new and I still have alot of crazy issues.

A bridge sent to a friend 3 days ago has not cleared. She is in need of something else and I am unable to send it. Would someone please remove it?
If you sent the Waterbridge, you can not send her another gift for 7 days - ithe duck can be sent every 3 days and the goose every two days - I don't think it warns you about this in advance.

I'm trying to convert some of my credits to diamonds and all that pops up is the buy more credits box. I don't want to buy more credits. I have enough. I want my diamonds.

I logged out and rebooted the computer and that seemed to fix it.
Hi Nikki, I don't have a technical problem with the game but I did spend 10 diamonds to build the water buffalo shed and now they don't have the water buffalo to put in the shed. Could you possibly find out if they are going to make them available again ? I feel as though I wasted my diamonds :( Any information would be greatly appreciated and thank you.
PS: I'm not the only farmer with this problem.
Hi, I'm having a technical problem with farmandia. Every time I try to visit a neighbors farm to water it pops back to my farm and I get a message that the game server maitanace is in progress and the game will be back shortly. This has been going on for over 2 weeks now and it does'nt matter what time of the day or night I try.
Hi Nikki, This is not really a problem, more of an irritation. Do you have any idea when we will get some new gifts, and maybe a new craft or achievement. We have not had anything really new for a long time. I want to buy a new factory, and I keep waiting so I can use my diamonds to buy the one for the new craft..... when we get one. Thank you! Kay.

In order to get items to go to your factories, you need to click on them using the processing tool. It's the gear shaped thingy in the lower toolbar where the market and your gift box are.
