If you're having problems in Farmandia or think you've run into a glitch, please respond to this post and let us know.

When reporting an issue, please give us as much detail as you can about the problem.  We need an exact description of what occured and all of the steps you took to make it happen.  The more information you can give us, the better!  We'll also need to know what browser and version you're using (Firefox 4, Internet Explorer 8, etc.)

Please be aware that Farmandia is not made or controlled by CafeMom.  We will read and help answer
questions that are posted here when possible, but most reports will be forwarded and handled a third-party.

You can also contact the game provider's Customer Support team to report your issues.  To do this, click on the "Help" button above the game, then select "My question is not on this list" to fill out the form.

I was just able to play again now so not sure what the problem was. Fixed now though I hope!!!!!!

all the diamonds I earned yesterday have dissappeared... so have the clicks on my construction that other people did for me. Anyone else with these issues?

Just completed two more crafts and didn't get diamonds for either one of them!!  =( 

New player not having much fun since I can't get anywhere =(

all the posts I have been reading is as far back as July 2011..this is now april 2012...and I see the same problems....I have noticed the bigger the farm of your friends..the more problems loading...something needs to be done to fix this!!!!!!!!! all I can say is HOLY COW..... it takes me an hour to get connected and I use foxfire..and I have noticed if i use windows 7..it will NOT let me go to the farm game...what the HELL??????

i just did my crafts and i was supposted to get 3 dimonds and i got nothing :( i want my dimonds im only 1 away from getting another bunny n if i dont get my dimonds EVERYONE!!!! n i mean EVERYONE!!!! WILL KNOW IT!!! not only on here but on every site i can find ! so please this is me being nice give me my dimonds and also having issues with going to friends farms for month but i havnt said a word but im telling you again as this is the same issue from LAST YR  fix it so i can go to there farm and click there constructions and water there plants  thanks thats all i ask n thats not much  thank you

farmandia will not load at all everything else on this site is working fine all other games, emails, forum etc. this is the first time this has ever happened heres a screen shot. this is where the game should be!

 I have mozzila firefox and  i have way more landscape things installed then what it is giving me credit for and it also keeps coming up with error 302.
