Township data loss Resolution

We have coordinated with the game developers and come up with the following: Starting on Friday 9/23 and ending on 9/30 all users that start playing or continue to play Township will be accelerated to level 20(unless somehow you've already passed level 20, in which case your level will not be affected) and receive $5 REAL dollars worth of Township Cash.

We are also working on refunding all spends in the game that occurred prior to 9/20 @ 1:00 AM EST(When the outage occurred). I will update you on when this will be happening, there are still some logistics to work through.

I hope this is a step in the right direction :)

Thank you Viximo Support, I see you are doing as much as you can to refund and compensate those who want to try again at the game.  I still wont be restarting myself but I am sure this move will alleviate some of the concerns players had.  I think some kind of assurance that data will be backed up more frequently would be nice too, to forestall any future problems of this kind.

I do thank you for this, but i think there can be more done!  this really is nothing compared to what I and a lot of others had.  I think if you really want to "try" to make things right, then you could at least throw in a free factory, community building, and expansion on top of the level 20 upgrade and $5.  even then, it doesn't come close to what I had, but it's a step in the right direction.

You can wait as long as you like, the window to receive the levels and cash is from 9/23-9/30. You will want to hop back in somewhere within that window if you would like to continue playing.

Honestly, did you and the team expect the member to be all happy because the gamers offered to give us 5 bucks worth of gaming cash? But I guess they think we all should be grateful and jummping up and down that we got something out if it? Heck, this is THEIR FAULT. ALL OF IT! We didn't crash the game, they did. But I guess 5 bucks makes up for it all!

Some clarification, I should have been more detailed in my explanation:

It went through today, you should be at level 20 and have 45 total cash(20 for leveling up+5 starter cash+ Another 20(5 real dollars worth))

Reminder this is valid for players from Friday 9/23 and ending on 9/30

Thank you for trying to help make this right. I can only imagine the headache you've all had since there was no back-up. I'm sorry you have to deal with this.
