Troble playing Spring Mahjongg Dimension

I am having problem playing the game for the last month.  The loading speed is extremely slow.  After one click I have to wait 5 seconds to click on the next tile.  Losing patient.  I am wondering is it the same for the other games in this site?

Sorry you are having trouble. Have you tried other Mahjongg Dimensions games? Do they also play slowly for you?

I am new but playing brix and mahjong is very slow.  I have the same mahjong game on a different site and it is very fast.  Was also wondering what could be the problem?

After playing way too much of the Mahjongg Dimensions games, I have come up with some theories of why the games sometimes go too slow.  The first two are the least likely causes.

1st - Your internet speed may be too slow. 

2nd - Change the battery in your wireless mouse.

3rd - Turn your computer competely off and let it reorganize its brain.  I find that this often helps when the game starts acting up, specifically when tiles are "lit up" just by pointing at them (no mouse-clicking involved). 

4th - This is the most probable reason - You play at the busiest times and the Cafe' Mom site does not have enough servers to accommodate all those that want to play, therefore response time is very slow. My bet is that the busiest times are between 5 pm to 10 pm EDT and Saturday and Sunday afternoons.

These Dimension games are not flawless, especially if you try to make extra points by clicking on the several pairs of matching tiles in a row.  The game, I think, gets overwhelmed and forces the fast-click bonuses to start the cycle over even though the player is doing everything correctly.  The player then loses points that she "deserves." It is very frustrating.  But apparently not so frustrating that I've stopped playing.

I don't know if any of this will help, but I hope it does.
