send your crops to the factories for processing instead of harvesting them to collect coins

When you harvest the items that can be used in your factory, click the processing tool so it will go into th factory and be processed.

Look for the cog wheel on the left side of the bottom menu.

The processing tool is 2 gears. A large and small one.
