TRY THIS MENTAL EXERCISE...  IMAGINE YOUR  A STYROFOAM CUP.. TAKE THE CUP AND RIP IT INTO TINY PIECES...  EACH PIECE REPRESENTING A RESPONSIBILITY  IN YOUR LIFE.. EACH PIECE REPRESENTS  ONE OF YOUR KIDS... YOUR HUSBAND, WORK, COOKING, CLEANING,  TRANSPORTING, SCHOOL, PTA,..  IM SURE IF YOUR ANYTHING LIKE ME YOUR CUP IS NOW JUST A PILE OF PIECES..   OK NOW TAKE THE CUP AND TRY AND  POUR SOME WATER INTO IT...  YOU SHOULD NOW BE SOAKING WET.  THE CUP IS ALOT LIKE LIFE..  IF  YOU ALLOW  YOUR BUSY  LIFE TO TAKE AWAY PIECES OF YOUR CUP...  THERE IS NO WAY FOR YOUR CUP TO PREFORM WHAT IT MAJOR  FUNCTION..  YOU WILL NEVER HOLD JUICE, MILK , OR EVEN WATER.. TO BE BLUNT ... YOU ARE USELESS...  I MADE THIS EXAMPLE TO EXPLAIN  MOTHERHOOD..  IF YOUR BUSY RUNNING AROUND  TO KARATE,  COOKING CLEANING AND THE OTHER BUSY JOBS OF A MOTHER, AND IF YOU DON'T REMEMBER TO  TAKE TIME AND CARE FOR YOURSELF.. YOU SLOWLY CHIP AWAY AT YOUR CUP... EVENTUALLY YOU ... LIKE THE CUP, WILL FIND YOURSELF IN A BIG PILE OF PIECES...

A bunch of pieces ? This is true ,but we still love it and to this We say

Somehow I manage,

Somehow, through the tears and the pain...

Somehow I manage!

Holding on with what strength remain...

Somehow I manage,

I will struggle to make it right for you...

Somehow I manage!

To show you my child...My love is true...

Somehow I manage,

The storm is gone, I see the sunlight...

Somehow I manage!

And now I know everything is alright,

Somehow I manage...

I hear your laughter, I see you smile,

Somehow we manage...

It may seem long, but in just awhile,

Somehow we manage...

So hold on to your dreams and never fear...

Somehow we manage...

Mommy will always be here.

The past is a ghost, the future a dream. All we ever have is now.
