Have any of you had a miscarraige connected to having a low Thyroid?

Me and my husband want to start trying again soon and i have already been to the dr. to cover all the bases and got my shots and been to the dentist. My Dr. knows that my mom had a low thyroid but my mom is 52 and just recently started taking medication for it. The Dr. did not test me to see if I have a low thyroid and now i am beginning to wonder if it is still safe to start trying.

I don't think that i have a low thyroid and i soo badly want to try again soon. Do you think that it is ok to start trying?? I feel as thought i cant wait any longer.

Even if you do start trying again and become pregnant they can test you after the pregnancy is already established, if it's low, then they'll most likely just start you on Synthroid or whatever then!
