Ok, we are all adults here and we dont like telling poeple what to do, as much as we dont like being told what to do. So with that being said, here are a few simple guidelines to follow so we can have a good time in chat. 

1. Please respect other Members of the group. Disrespect, or putting another member down will not be tolerated. 

2. If for some reason you have a problem with another member of the group, please bring it to Admin's attention imediately so it can be resolved quickly. You only need to address one Admin.  I assure you if one knows about it we all do.  I have my complete trust in all of the Admin team.  I know most of them in person. They are some of my best friends. I know they will handle any situation as well as I would if not better.

3.  Cussing is allowed!!! We are all grown. We dont have a problem with it as long as your not cussing directly at another member of the group (rule #1). However, if you know someone in the chat is uncomfortable with it please respect them and try to refrain from it....repect goes both ways on this one. Just please dont tell them they cant do it because it is allowed. 

4. Sex talk is allowed.  Sometimes we end up in the topic of sex. We are fine with that but please lets keep it tasteful.  we dont need transcripts to a porno.  we can all go watch one if we need that much detail. 

5. Showdowns.  I'll make a post in forums for them. I like them too but lets keep them out of the chat room. 

6. Other Links are allowed. Post away just please dont let it get out of hand.  we want more chat then links. 

7. Using all CAPS.  In the computer world some say its considered to be "YELLING". Although it is allowed in chat, please keep it in mind.

8. Welcome members.  Please make sure we welcome each member that enters the chat room.  Especially when they are new to CafeMom(CM). We want everyone to have that welcoming feeling.  Even if they are a regular.

9. Customize your color.  You dont have to, but try to take advantage of the awesome colors you can have to express your chat. Its awesome to see all the different colors in the room.

10. Talking about other groups is allowed. If you know of a great group you may share it with other moms. Talking (positively) about other groups is allowed. Please do not join or come into chat ONLY to promote your group. No bashing of other groups will be allowed!

11. Come in chat and hang out all day if you like. BUT you must at least say 'Hey'. Thats not asking too much. If you need to leave for a few all we ask is that you sign out and sign back in when your ready to retun to chatting or please use the away signs. 

12. HAVE FUN!!!      yes i was yelling it. lol........
