Self Defense

Ladies, do you teach your daughters any self defense?  What advice do you give them?  Do you tell them to hit back or just tell a teacher? Do you give them any self defense tips??


Just curious cause my daughter just started 2nd grade and I figured now would be a good time to teach her those things.

I told DD7 that its ok to tell an adult, and that if no adults are around, its ok to defend herself. She will also be starting karate soon.

You never know who or what they will encounter, and sadly we wont always be able to be there for them.
