Well I haven't been on here in a while.  I guess that's good because my son hasn't been colicky in weeks.  But we had decided to move him up to a medium flow nipple.  It was taking him like 45 minutes to eat each time and I read that 3-4 months is a good time to switch.  Well all that did was make him colicky again!!!  It lasted 2 days and eventually went away when we switched him back to slow flow.  It must've just been too much too fast for him.  Just goes to prove that if what you're doing is working for your baby and helping him with the colic...just keep doing it exactly that way.  It can come back!  If it ain't broke...don't fix it!

If you know it's the nipples, maybe try Dr. Browns bottles? They don't let air travel through the nipple at all. It's worth a shot!
