Over a year ago my husband had surgery. Things went wrong and my husbands ended up worse off then before surgery. So for 14 months now, my husbands has been in p/t & o/t. He's worked hard every day to get better. The past year has been very hard on us. Last months the dr's thought my husband was better and could return to work finally. We were so excited!! But we learned that my hubands job was given away and his boss really didn't want him back. Well today we learned that the boss has left the company! And the guy taking over as boss wants my husband back. So we got more dr's note and the dr even wrote hubby a light duty note just like the new boss wants. This makes it easier for hubby to get back into work and get all of the test done before the new year. The new boss wants hubby to slowly get back into work, instead of just jumping back in.

Ladies I'm excited!! Finally after months and months of bad news and being sad. Things are finally looking up for us! Hubby's first day back to work might start this week!! Or Monday. Oh I'm just so excited!

Things didn't work out. Dh is still out of work and now he is getting the run around from the company. The new boss wants him back but the safety officers don't want him back b/c they are saying my DH can be a big risk for them. We don't see how DH would be a risk b/c surgery did correct every thing. There are around 4 bosses and 3 safety officers at this company and NONE of them know what they are doing. It's one huge mess. I'm sick of it.
