We make this all the time! It's one of our favorites!

Barbecue Pulled Pork

2 pounds boneless pork top loin

1.5 cups onions, chopped

1 cup diet soda (sometimes I'll use beer if I don't have soda)

1-1.5 cups cup of your favorite barbecue sauce

Place pork in slow cooker. Combine all other ingredients in bowl and pour over pork. Cover. Cook on high 4-6 hours or until meat is very tender. Shred pork with two forks. Stir back in sauce. Serve on hamburger buns.
