i make them a lot , pitas filled with boneless chicken , with tomatoes , green olives , sharp cheddar cheese, either i put salsa , or ranch in the pocket , wa la best meal in the world , and quick , just throw chicken in the pan cook until white , chop it up with the spatula , and fill pitas . add what ever , i could live off of these everyday .

We are arab and live off of pita I swear. I put EVERYTHIGN inside a pita and think it's awesome. Some peopel would probably think some of it is gross.. But seriously. I put anything inside one of those babies!!! Falafel sammies in a pita doused in Hummos is seriously my favorite comfort food in the world!

i had to make some after I posted this.. LoL Il ove falafel. Esp dipped in Hummos. OMg so good! I also like them with the cucumber cream sauce also super good!
