1 lb. hamburger or ground chuck
1 small jar ragu
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 8 oz. package shredded mozzarella cheese
1 package hamburger buns
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Spray a 13x9 pan with Pam or lightly grease with oil. Split hamburger buns and place eight halves in pan. Sauté hamburger in saucepan or skillet until crumbly, then drain. Add the pizza sauce and cream of mushroom soup. Cook until heated through.
Spoon meat mixture onto hamburger buns, top with cheese.
Bake until cheese melts and edges are browned and bubbly.
You can add other ingredients such as sliced black olives or sautéed onions, green peppers and mushrooms to the meat mixture if you want "loaded" pizza burgers.
