Wheat Noodles
Spaghetti Sauce
White Rice
Pinto Beans
Chicken Broth
Canned Vegetables (A can of corn, a can of peas and a can of carrots)
Spices: Crushed Red Pepper, Creole, and Crushed Onion
Onion Soup Mix
Tomato Paste

And I'm not big on preprepared dinners/meals but I keep some spaghetti O's and some of those cups of toddler meals on hand that can be eaten at room temperature incase our power goes out (We have spring/summer tornados/thunder storms... and during the winter we just get black outs for some reason)   I also keep a few cans of the white chunk tuna or chicken and peanut butter on hand for various samwiches.
