I keep dry beans and barley stocked. I always have brown rice, yellow (saffron) rice, and jasmine rice. Tomato products ranging from paste and sauce to petite diced and stewed, and lots of pasta. Normally there are at least 3 partial boxes of cereal because no one in this house can agree on what kind to buy. I also keep onions and garlic cloves well stocked.

You can normally find large canisters of Italian Seasoning Blend, Cinnamon, Garlic, Kosher Salt, Pepper Corns, and chili seasoning. Along with small canisters of nutmeg, all spice, cloves, mint, dill, cumin, red pepper flakes, dry mustard, and ginger. Cocoa, flour(white and wheat), powdered sugar, brown sugar, white sugar, and corn starch.

I use a lot of olive oil, Balsamic vinegar, and apple cider vinegar too because I make home made salad dressing when we eat salad.

The one thing you will find in our pantry no matter what. Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate mix in a BIG container! We love it.

Never know when someone will stop by and you have to bake something .. best to pick up supplies when they are on sale, so that you are prepared.
