I've actually used Ramen Noodles and added butter, parm. cheese and broccoli before. It wasn't too bad! However, I cooked the noodles with the seasoning it came with and drained it all out, so that just the noodles had the absorbed flavor. Cut down on a lot of the salt!
I mix in taco meat with the Knorr cheddar Broccoli pasta. I cook according to package directions but add some extra broccoli (they never have enough), stir in the taco meat, warm, then cover with some shredded sharp cheddar. One meal in one pot and it's something my kids love.

By taco meat, do you mean ground beef with the taco seasonings? Sounds interesting.
I always do stuff like that!! Also a REALLY REALLY good one, that's a quick favorite around my house, is the alfredo pasta- and throw in a can or two of the pre cooked canned chicken chunks....I'm telling you- there's never leftovers with that one!!! It's so quick and easy, and DELICIOUS!! Chicken alfredo!
