So with Thanksgiving fast approaching, I was just curious to see how ya'll cook your bird.  My husband has taken the southern route and he deep fries our bird every year.  It has become my families favorite, otherwise I would be eating a store bought Honey baked Ham.

We make 2 turkeys every year, One of them are deep fried and injected with cajun butter before hand. The other one i traditional roast, the night before roasting i make a butter with rosemary & thyme in it and put it under the skin and on top.

Too! I roast it upside down so the juices run into the breast.

I do this whenever I roast a chicken.  I make a paste from grated garlic, lemon juice and fresh herbs, and tuck it under the skin.  So Yum!

We cook ours in the oven and use the reynolds cooking bag. Did it this way a couple of years ago and wont go back. The turkey comes out soo moist and delicious!

Well we are stuck in a city far from family so it is just us but we buy a small turkey and use the turkey bags!! :) It is so hard to make a nice traditional t-day dinner when it is just us especially since all my kids are 4 1/2 and younger :) They won't eat alot of the stuff I like!

Same here, we smoke the bird on the grill/smoker.

We have tried probably every way we can think of in the past though too, basic oven roasting, Reynold's bags (which I love, they make it so easy), we bought a turkey fryer one year, roasting pan with a rack in it.... gotta say, smoked has been the best yet!
