Hot Chicken Salad

 4 c cooked chicken
4 c chopped celery
1 c slivered almonds
1 1/2 c mayonnaise
3 tsp lemon juice
3 tbs chopped onion
1 c grated cheese (gruyere, swiss - - any type you like)
2 c crushed potato chips

Mix everything except for the the cheese and potato chips

Refrigerate overnight

Bring to room temperature, sprinkle cheese and potato chips on top

Bake at 375 for 30 minutes

Serves approx 8-10

Thanks for this reciepe. I do in home care for the elderly and disabled. One of my clients had a neighbor make this dish for her. She said it was really good and I have been wondering how to make it. Thanks to you, now I know!
