Anyone have creative ways to sneak veggies into what a toddler will eat?

Along with the meatloaf idea, you can make meatballs for spaghetti with grated carrot in it, and put grazed zucchini in the pasta sauce.

Get yourself a good cookbook like Deceptively Delicious, {pretty cheap on amazon} and one hint I use is baby food if you don't have time to puree the veggies.  It's amazing to see what you can actually sneak into their meals.

I don't believe in sneaking vegetables; children should learn to love and appreciate them.

Frozen foods are fun to play with, and will get eaten, like peas, blueberries and corn. Chunks of avocado are loaded with great nutrition, and are fun to squish between little fingers.

I have never met a toddler who wouldn't eat hummus (lots of calcium, protein, good fats and iron), you can mix it with a mashed egg.

Offer cut fruits with yogurt dip, fresh veggies with hummus or salad dressing, cooked whole wheat pasta and veggies with marinara or peanut sauce or cheese sauce.
