| BROCCOLI CHEESE CASSEROLE | |
|
2 (16 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli (cuts) (or you could use fresh)
Cook as directed on package until tender. Place in casserole and add 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes. Cover with a roll Ritz crackers, crushed and 1/2 stick butter cut in thin slices so it covers the crackers. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until crackers are golden brown. | |
Wow! It does look easy. I'll keep it in mind, thank you. Actually if I had brocolli on hand I'd make it today.
Yummy and easy. Although, I have never used Velveeta for anything I have cooked so I am not sure how it even tastes. But, I am sure it would be yummy. I have a broccoli casserole that is passed down from my father's side, but it uses cheddar cheese soup and cheddar cheese.

This sounds good and looks easy to make I have even thought of adding in rice and some kind of meat to make it a meal in one. I am definitely going to make this as soon as I can get to the store and get the ingredients. Thank you for sharing this.
You are welcome.
