BROCCOLI CHEESE CASSEROLE

2 (16 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli (cuts) (or you could use fresh)

Cook as directed on package until tender. Place in casserole and add 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes. Cover with a roll Ritz crackers, crushed and 1/2 stick butter cut in thin slices so it covers the crackers. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until crackers are golden brown.

That sounds yummy, I'm making the one that was in one of the forums on this group. It uses the Ragu double cheddar sauce and bread crumbs on top, I hope it turns out yummy!

Wow! It does look easy.  I'll keep it in mind, thank you. Actually if I had brocolli on hand I'd make it today.

Yummy and easy. Although, I have never used Velveeta for anything I have cooked so I am not sure how it even tastes. But, I am sure it would be yummy. I have a broccoli casserole that is passed down from my father's side, but it uses cheddar cheese soup and cheddar cheese.

This sounds good and looks easy to make I have even thought of adding in rice and some kind of meat to make it a meal in one. I am definitely going to make this as soon as I can get to the store and get the ingredients. Thank you for sharing this.
