I'm not sure what I'm going to make but I'm making something easier than I did for Thanksgiving. A ham and fruit salad for sure. And I'm not sure what else. Any ideas? What will you be making?

OH yeah, we have a writing board up in the kitchen and it's on to Christmas dinner! We are having a seafood dinner, this year.

I was considering ham but now a lot of my family members are mentioning that they might like a roast instead. They will have to a lot of convincing me though cause I am a real big ham person.

Same here! Normally we do lasagna for Christmas, but my husband really just wants to do Crab legs, shrimp, clams, that sort of thing. Fine by me! It's all very easy and a lot less time consuming!

Yep!  I'm making a lasagna, tossed salad and italian bread.  That's it...I'll only be cooking for 5...including my 2 1/2 yo son!  LOL   Keeping it small!

I believe it's gonna be Ham and Prime Rib Roast.

Not sure what else yet! I don't cook Christmas dinner, my Grandparents do! I do help plan the menu though.

 Definitely.

We will have a small turkey and a ham. Deviled eggs, mashed potatoes, green beans, corn, rolls, and dressing.

Not sure what else, maybe a red velvet cake, or banana pudding...just depends on my mood and how much time I have to put into it.
