Turkey and Ham, what is your fast easy leftover tips?

Hello to all the wonderful people who have visited my blog from all over the world. I love learning about where you live.
For ham, rolls and gravy leftovers, try open face scrambled egg sandwiches for breakfast ( or dinner)
You can boil your bones and get all the meat off of it and then use the stock and shredded meat to make a great soup. Throw in what ever veggies, yams, baked potatoes, or green bean salad you might have left. ( actually with hame boiling the bone in your soup will give a really great taste)
Freeze your cakes and cookies and dole them out as treats over the next few weeks.
You can make the Friends "Moist Maker" sandwich with a piece of gravy soaked bread in the middle of a turkey sandwich. Speaking of sandwiches; stuffing, cranberry sauce (from a can) and gravy make an awesome muncher especially on left over dinner rolls. (don't knock it til you've tried it)
If you have olives left over serve with the kids lunches, they make for fun eating from tiny fingers.
You can use leftover mashed potatoes, gravy and turkey to make a shepperd's pie.
