THIS IS HOW I MAKE IT TOO, EXCEPT I USE A CAN OF TOMATO JUICE AND A CAN OF TOMATO SAUCE INSTEAD OF 2 CANS TOMATO SAUCE
Another recipe I love to make wtih ground beef is Shepards pie- And it can be fast if you make some adjustments. It calls for mashed potatoes which I make from scratch- but you can buy the premade country crock or store brand mashed potatoes and you can have this dish ready in NO TIME!!
Again- I make a lot
Brown 2 lbs ground beef in pan, add onions
add a bag of frozed veggies of your choice- or canned veggies would work too!
Cook until everything is cooked through
add to cans of beef gravy. Cook through
Pour into baking dish and top with mashed potatoes and then plenty of cheddar cheese!!
Bake on 350 for about 20-30 minutes or until cheese is done!
My kids and husband love this one as well!
Cheap quick stroganoff:
1lb hamburger browned
1 container sour creme
1 splash of milk
1 jar of mushrooms(optional)
2 packs of butter garlic noodles
just combine the sour creme and mushrooms into the cooked and drained hamburger add a splash of milk if needed prepare noodles and serve meat over noodles.
