I learned this recipe SOMEWHERE around CM a long time ago. It's the best ever!

1 cup PB

1 cup sugar

1 egg

vanilla

Mix, roll into balls, make criss crosses with fork, sprinkle with sugar, bake at 350* for 10-12 minutes.

For extra fun, you can make little dips in the cookies and place a tsp of jam before baking.

I wonder how they would taste with a hersey kiss in the middle.  You know after they are done baking press a hersey's kiss into the center.  That might be an idea to try.

GREAT IDEA! They would be SO GOOD, really. Or even a mini peanut butter cup. I'm telling you, these are the best PB cookies *I'VE* ever had!

I have made these before. They don't need any flour. I also have put in a chocolate chip in the center of the raw dough and baked them.

OK, thanks. I just can't figure out how they'd be - I make a peanut butter cookie with flour that is very good, but sugar, egg, peanut butter and vanilla, I'm confused about what they would be like, like pralines maybe?

I have them in the oven right now. It's been 18 min and they are very soft and fall apart. I'm cooking longer 2 min at a time.

I put in about 1tbsp vanill. We shall see.
