I have a package of yeast that the date on it is from nov. of last year. Is it still good?If anyone can help I would appreciate it. Thanks.

It should be fine as long as it was stored in a cool dry space. Yeast needs moisture and heat to activate it.

It will probably work but more slowly as it will have lost some of it's vitality

 I used an expired pack once on accident and my bread didn't rise.
