interesting salsa

1 28oz. can rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies
1  7oz. can chopped green chilies
3 small cut seedless clementine oranges (cuties)
1 fine chopped medium onion (sweet)
1 cup loosely chopped seedless grapes (about 2 handfulls)
5 fine chopped stalks cilantro
3/4 cup italian dressing
1 tblspn apple cider vinegar
1 tblspn minced garlic
2 tblspn fajita seasoning mix

in large mixing bowl add everything but italian dressing and fajita seasoning.
mix well with spoon.
transfer to large strainer (with small holes). or a layer of paper towels in strainer will keep it all in there.
in sink, press firmly on mix. try to remove as much juice as possible
return to mixing bowl and add dressing and seasoning.
mix well. serve soon or chill till readdy to serve.

makes about 4 cups of salsa

I like sweet salsa. I think it balances a dinner, when you make extra spicy.
