  • this is off the duggar's family website...but make it according to your family size...

    2 lb ground turkey cooked, seasoned, drained
    3 2lb bags tater tots 
    2 cans cream of mushroom
    2 cans evaporated milk
    2 cans cream of chicken
    Brown meat & place in large cass. dish.
    Cover with tater tots. Mix soup & milk together.
    Pour over top. Bake at 350 for 1 Hour.
    (One of Daddy’s Favorites!) Makes 2- 9”X13” pa

 Mexican casserole

1ib ground meat

i can of re-fried beans

1 bag shredded lettuce

i bag shredded cheese

1 can (mild) sausa

sour cream

diced tomatos

tortilla shells


brown ground meat,add re-fried beans &  sausa, in a casserole dish break up tortilla shellsuntil it covers bottom add half of the ground meat mixer , then another layer of tortilla shells,& now add rest of ground meat mixer.After put another layer of torilla shells then spread sour cream on shells add shreded lettuce,cheese,& diced tomatos bake at 350 till cheese is melted..My DH & DD loves it

Tex-Mex Burrito Casserole

6 whole beef & bean burritos or another flavor
30 ozs, chunky style HORMEL Chili with Beans, canned (any brand)
8 ozs mexican cheese blend

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and coat the bottom of a 9"x13" casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Arrange 6 Burritos in the casserole dish.

Spoon chili over tops of burritos, then add grated cheese on the top.

Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil, and bake 10-15 more minutes. Serve immediately.

    Bake one and freeze one for later.

    Turkey Noodle Casserole

    2 pounds ground turkey or 4 cups leftover cooked turkey

    2 cups chopped celery

    1/4 cup chopped green pepper

    1/4 cup chopped onion

    1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

    1 cup frozen peas or cut green beans

    1 (4.5 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained

    1 (4 ounce) jar diced pimientos, draine1/4 cup soy sauce

    1/2 teaspoon salt

    1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning

    1 cup sour cream

    8 ounces wide egg noodles, cooked and drained

    In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the turkey. Add celery, green pepper and onion; cook until tender. Stir in soup, water chestnuts, mushrooms, pimientos, soy sauce, salt and lemon pepper. Reduce heat; simmer for 20 minutes.

    Remove from the heat; add sour cream and noodles. Spoon half into a freezer container; cover and freeze for up to 3 months. Place remaining mixture in a greased 2-qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until heated through. Add 1 ½ cups grated cheese, return to oven and cook another 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

    To use frozen casserole: Thaw in the refrigerator. Transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish and bake at directed.

 chicken , broccoli , rice casserole..

1 to 4 pkgs. lipton cheddar broccoli rice packets. (depends on how many people u r feeding), 1 to 4 bonless chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces, 1/2 cup to 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese , 1 bag frozen broccoli, cooked and drained...

cook rice, cook broccoli....add rice, broccoli, chicken, cheese, stir...bake on 350 for 40 to 45 mins or until chicken is cooked thru..yum
