I really want to make this for dinner tonight, but I can't bear to eat any lasagna without ricotta cheese. Where can I fit that into this recipe? The béchamel sauce? Please help!

After you put the pasta & sauce mixture in, then add spoonfuls of ricotta to the top, and smooth it, then pour the bechamel sauce on top. If you try to mix it in the sauce, it may break.

Thanks! I'm going to make it tomorrow night. Tonight I've decided on chicken marsala!

I added about a 1/4 tub of ricotta to the sauce, and it was awesome. Big hit. DD (who is 2) loved it!

just toss it in with the meat sauce and the noodles maybe? or do a layer of noodles meat, then ricotta... then noddles/meat..the bechamel sauce on top?
