Lasagna Tip

For those who use UNCOOKED noodles in lasagna....

I am watching Rachel Ray right now and she said before you put in your uncooked lasagna noodles, to soak them for a minute in warm water. She said it makes the lasagna extra moist. I will try this next time.

Good tip!  I always use the no boil noodles.  Such a time saver!

I use plain noodles but never boil them. If you layer on sauce and cottage cheese it "cooks" the noodles as it bakes.

I dont even soak them that long. I just rinse them under hot tap water and layer away. Fantastic!

I didn't know you can use plain noodles without boiling first.  Awesome!
