Looking for a recipe for leftover rice? This is perfect!
Simply:
1) Scramble 2-3 eggs
2) Add 1 cup of diced onions and saute until soft with the eggs
3) Add cooked rice into the pan
4) Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and butter to taste (I add alot of each)
5) Finally, add a dash of soy sauce and mix well

Even Graham was a fan

And this is why we call him "Graham the Ham"

What could be more simple-only three ingredients-protein, grain, and vegetable-perfect!

I think it tastes better with scallions instead of yellow onion and I bet you could add peas or chicken or both!

I would probably make it like this:)

I think baby corn and shredded carrot would be good in there too.
