Grands!® Cheeseburger Foldovers
Refrigerated biscuits make the crust for these hearty sandwiches.

1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury® Grands!® Flaky Layers refrigerated original biscuits
1 cup shredded Cheddar and American cheese blend (4 oz)
1 egg, beaten, if desired
1 teaspoon sesame seed, if desired
- BROWN beef and onion; drain. Stir in ketchup and mustard.
- PRESS or roll each biscuit to 6-inch round. Fill with rounded 1/4 cup beef mixture, 2 tablespoons cheese and 2 pickle slices. Fold dough over filling and press to seal. Make 3 small slits in top of each. Place on large ungreased cookie sheet. If desired, brush tops with egg and sprinkle with sesame seed.
- BAKE at 375°F 17 to 21 minutes or until deep golden brown.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft):
Bake 13 to 17 minutes.
