Ono Corn Salsa
2 cans sweet corn
1 med sz red onion (diced)
1 bell pepper (which ever color you like, I prefer red, orange or yellow)
1 small can sliced water chestnuts (diced)
1 cucumber (diced)
1 1/2 - 2 cups sweet chili tai sauce
cut & mix ingredients and chill over night. Serve with your favorite totrllia chip. Family also loves it when I pour it over philly cream cheese.
