came up with a new meal tonight...it was so good! dh and i gobbled it up. here is the recipe!

2 pieces of chicken (boneless, and shredded)

1 can black beans

1/2 cup salsa (any variety)

ranch dressing

flour tortillas

cut up chicken pieces really small. then cook in a skillet on the stove top. when chicken is done, add the 1/2 cup salsa to it and let it simmer. open a can of black beans and mush the beans up real good. add the beans to the chicken mixture. and simmer for another 10 mins. place chicken and bean mixture onto a tortilla. drizzle with ranch dressing. roll up and serve! makes 4 servings!

Sounds good, I would use sour cream, not a big ranch person.
