So, I got this recipe online from Rhodes but modified it a bit.
1 package refrigerated pizza dough (I used Walmart brand and came out great)
1 cup alfredo sauce (can substitute spaghetti sauce)
1 cup shredded cheese
1 cup cooked chicken - cut up (left overs are perfect!)
1 roma tomato - sliced
1 bunch green onion
1 can sliced olives - chopped
**all vegis are optional**
Grease a cookie sheet. Roll out dough to thickness desired. Roll over ends to form crust. Spread on sauce, then cheese. Top with rest of desired toppings. Bake at 425 10-15 min (depending on thickness of crust)
My kids tore this up, DD said it was better than any frozen pizza, even better than Papa John's!
Making it again with spaghetti sauce & pepperoni next time.
