Anyone have a good recipe for iced chai (or an iced chai latte) that doesn't involve the concentrate? I would prefer to make them all naturally with the tea bags, some added spices, and low-fat vanilla soy milk The problem is that it tends to come out watery, so I caved and bought the concentrate. It's convenient, but it lacks depth. Should I just make my own concentrate with the tea bags I have? Is that the best way to go about this?
