Hey,

Well, I do, but its not because of sugar, its because of food allergens (but its a great cake anyway :)).

Its called Chesterbrook Kitchen.  It is void of all the major allergens that you woudln't want to feed your child at one :).

Good luck!

You can replace white sugar in any recipe with fruit juice concentrate(yes still sugar I know but at least it is better than refined white.

3/4 cup concentrate per 1 cup white sugar and remove 3 TB liquid elsewhere in the recipe.

Just make sure to pick a flavor that is compatible with your flavor of cake. Apple juice is the most mild.

Hmmmm, not that I know of as far as cake goes. Maybe just limit the frosting to a very thin smear to cut back on sugar?

How about a cake made with fruit but just not baked? (a few of them have some layers of cake hidden under a bunch of fruit)
