There was a fantastic chipotle picante sauce at a local independent mexican place . I LOVED it. They closed down and I havent found or been able to re-create it perfectly but I am getting closer.....the search continues.

Seafood pasta from Olive Garden. I forget the real name for it, but it has muscles, scallops and shrimp. So, so good!

Hibachi dipping sauce at my favorite restaurant. Been to other ones but they tend to have their own sauces.  I have a recipe but I haven't tried it yet.  Also their salad dressing...made a recipe once and it was really close but now I buy this because it is just as close as the one I made.
