Need something new to do with hamburger!

I have 1 lb of hamburger that I HAVE to use tonight for dinner. I usually only make taco's and spaghetti maybe chili with it. Can someone give me a good, inexpensive, easy/quick meal to make with it?

Thanks in advance!

how about some stuffed bell peppers or cabbage rolls. Make the filling like a meatloaf and stuff. Yum!

Meatloaf, hamburger helper, you can do sauce, macaroni & hamburg (goulash?).

Yum! Haven't made that in so long! Maybe this is what I will have to make, I usually don't put some of that stuff in it, so I will have to try this one!

BEAN POT TACO SOUP
1 to 2 lbs of ground beef (browned & drained)
2 16 oz cans sweet corn (with juice)
2 28 oz cans diced tomatoes (with juice)
... 2 28 oz cans kidney beans (with juice)
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
Mix all ingredients in the Bean Pot, cover and microwave for 15 minutes
Serve with diced onions, shredded cheese and sour cream

If you dont have a Bean Pot..then you prob.could use a dutch oven and make on stove. You can view tons of recipes on my facebook fan page.Celebrating Home with Janet Shepherd, under ths dicussion tab.I am a consultant for Celebrating Home..

 How about this:

Barbeque Cups
1 lb. ground beef, pork or turkey
1 bottle barbeque sauce
2 cans refrigerator biscuits
Shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef, drain. Return to pan and add sauce, heat through. Flatten each biscuit out and place in muffin tins, to form a cup. Spoon beef mixture into each cup. Cook about 10 minutes (check biscuit can for oven temperature, and reduce by 25 degrees). Remove from oven and add cheese. Return to oven for a couple more minutes, just to melt cheese.

 Or this

Beef & Potato Bake

1 lb. hamburger
3 cup thin sliced potatoes
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup milk
salt & pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Brown hamburger. Combine soup, onion, milk, salt and pepper. Alternately layer potatoes, soup mixture and meat. Bake at 350 for 1-1 1/2 hours until potatoes are tender. Top with cheddar cheese and continue baking until cheese is melted.
