- 1 lb extra lean ground beef
- 2 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 3 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1 (2 lb) package frozen frozen tater tots
•1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
•2. Brown ground beef until all pink is gone.
•3. Drain any grease.
•4. Put ground beef in the bottom of a greased 13x9x2-inch pan.
•5. Spread cream of mushroom soup on top of ground beef.
•6. Cover with 2 cups grated cheese.
•7. Top with tater tots.
•8. Cover with foil and bake covered 45 minutes.
•9. Uncover and add the rest of the grated cheese
•10. Bake for 15 more minutes.
My husband who is ultra picky loves it and so does my 10 month old and I do not have to break it up or anything.
