Easy Rocky Road Fudge 

Easy Rocky Road Fudge

 Prep time: 10 min

Cook Time:
Yield: 48 squares

 

Ingredients:

Crisco® Butter No-Stick Cooking Spray
1 (12 oz.) package (2 cups) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (16 oz.) can Pillsbury® Chocolate Fudge Frosting
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup chopped Jif® Mixed Nuts

Preparation Directions:

1. LINE an 8x8-inch baking pan with foil, extending foil over edges. Lightly coat with no-stick cooking spray.
2. MELT chips in large saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in frosting, marshmallows and mixed nuts, mixing until blended. Spread in prepared pan. Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
3. REMOVE fudge by lifting foil from pan. Separate foil from fudge. Cut into 48 squares.

2 Ingredient " Fudge" Recipe - food.com
SERVES 12 -16 , 1 8x8 pan

    * 1 (12 ounce) can of ready to spread frosting, any flavor
    * 1 (12 ounce) package chocolate chips, any flavor (ie. chocolate chips)
*****************************************************************************************************
1. Make sure you have complimentary flavors.
2. Melt the chips in a microwave safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
3. Melt frosting until pourable, about 30 seconds.
4. Mix together the chips and frosting and pour into a greased 8x8 pan.
5. Chill until set, about an hour.
6. Makes a very soft, smooth fudge.
7. Do not use the toffee chips, as they don't melt very well.
8. Try any other flavor combo you can think of.

Always Smooth Chocolate Fudge

1 tablespoons butter

2 1/4 cups sugar

6 oz evaporated milk

1 (12oz) package semi sweet chocolate chips

1/2 oz baking cocoa powder

3 1/2 oz marshmallow cream or Marshmallows

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

walnuts are optional

First combine butter, sugar, milk in a sauce pot and bring it to a hard rolling boil for exactly 6 minutes. In a separate bowl place chips, cocoa and marshmallow until the six minutes is up then pour liquid mixture into bowl of dry ingredients, stir until smooth and add vanilla. Spread mixture into a wax paper lined cake pan and chill until hard. Cut into bite size pieces.

Microwave-able Chocolate Fudge Recipe

2 cups marshmallows (either mini marshmallows or regular ones chopped up)
14 ounces condensed milk
12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
1+1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 dessertspoon salt

In a microwave-able bowl, combine marshmallows, milk & salt.
Cook in the microwave on 'high' for 3 or 4 minutes (depending on the wattage of your microwave).
Stir until the marshmallows have melted and the mixture is smooth.
Add the chocolate chips and stir until they are all melted.
Stir in the nuts and vanilla essence.
Line a square pan ( 8in) with waxed paper.
Spread fudge mixture evenly over the bottom of the pan.
Refrigerate until firm (approximately 2 hours).
Turn out onto a cutting board and remove waxed paper.
Cut fudge into squares and enjoy!

Easy Peanut Butter Fudge

12 oz Package semisweet chocolate -morsels
12 oz Jar crunchy peanut butter
14 oz Can sweetened condensed milk

Put chocalate chips and peanut butter into a microwave-safe dish.
Microwave on high 1-2 minutes until chips have completely melted. Add
sweetened condensed milk; stir until mixture is of a uniform
consistency. Pour into an 8x8 square pan lined with wax paper.
Refrigerate until firm. Cut into 1" pieces. Recipe Yield: 1-1/2 pounds
or 16 servings fudge.

The easiest pb fudge!!!

Small jar of pb and a small jar of vanilla frosting

Microwave pb in a bowl for 1 minute..stir then add frosting and microwave for 1 minute. Pour into a pan and put in fridge until it sets...10 or so minutes!!! It's easy and great!!

I will always love the fudge recipe on the back of thr jar of Fluff!! It's true to the name, never fail fudge. Reminds me of being a kid
