I made these the other day and they were to die for!! I have never made biscuits before so was impressed that they actually turned out!

2 cups biscuick baking mix

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup 7up

1/4 cup butter

Melt butter in 9 x 9 pan in oven.

Mix bisquick, sour cream, and 7up. Sprinkle biscuick on counter and pat out dough. Cut into biscuits (I just used a glass). Place in pan of butter. Bake at 350 until golden brown. Mine were done in about 8 minutes but recipe said up to 15 minutes. So good! We ate most of them before we even sat down for lunch!

The soda makes them light and tender. Club soda will do the same thing.
