Have any of you ever marinated chicken with anything like creamy dressing?? How did it turn out? I'm thinking of trying something different other than Italian lol.
My mother in law said if I season some plain yogurt it's great for marinade and makes chicken really tender :-D
Yes you take the chicken pieces salt and pepper them and put them in a ziplock bag with a bottle of grey poupon creamy Dijon, use the whole bottle and no other kind. I tried the other kinds it was gross. Marinade the chicken 6 hours to overnight. Then cut up some root vegies put them in a baking dish toss with evoo and salt and pepper them. Put the chicken on top and bake 375 about 1-1/2 hours or till chicken is done.
