I LOVE coconut shrimp!!!! And I make a dessert thing that has shredded coconut on top. I dont make it often though because DH doesnt love it.
Macaroons!! Yummy :) and I've never tried it but coconut chicken sounds good.

Coconut shrimp, for sure! I have a lovely recipe that calls for a beer batter pre-coconut. It's tasty.

I dont like coconut but I have a family member who loves it & I always make her a coconut cream pie that she loves!
