Beef Stroganoff (freezer meal)

Beef Stroganoff

1 lb Browned Ground Beef
1 16oz container of Sour Cream
1 can Cream of Chicken or Mushroom
1/4 C Onion

Brown ground beef in a sauce pan. Drain grease then add sour cream and soup and onion mix well. Place in a freezer bag.
When ready to eat thaw and reheat by bringing mixture to a simmer for 5 minutes.  Then pour sauce over cooked egg noodles or rice and enjoy.

 That is good to know I can freeze the sauce but I think I may have to add more spices to it or just use a BS packet from mccormick. We love beef stroganoff at our house!!
