So I hear that GOAT meat is a delicacy now. And not only is it lean it is better than fish or chicken. Would you eat it? I don't know, I am aways up for something new.

They eat it in other countries, not so much as a delicacy, but just as normal noms. I'd try it, I'll try almost anything once.

In other country's they don't eat beef.  Greece and alot of the island in the Caribean use goat meat.   It really is hard to tell the difference.

If I weren't a vegetarian, I would consider it. It would also have to be kosher; luckily, I know someone who has a ranch and is a kosher ritual slaughterer. In fact, he's doing our family's lamb for Passover.
