So I hear that GOAT meat is a delicacy now. And not only is it lean it is better than fish or chicken. Would you eat it? I don't know, I am aways up for something new.
i would try it. we eat all kinds of meats. we are not lamb people though.
They eat it in other countries, not so much as a delicacy, but just as normal noms. I'd try it, I'll try almost anything once.
I don't know...maybe I would try it....I tried some crockpot BBQ deer meat once and it was delicious....I may try it....I buy ground beef and chicken all the time though.
Had it before. Like all dishes its how it is prepared and cooked that makes it delicious.
In other country's they don't eat beef. Greece and alot of the island in the Caribean use goat meat. It really is hard to tell the difference.

If I weren't a vegetarian, I would consider it. It would also have to be kosher; luckily, I know someone who has a ranch and is a kosher ritual slaughterer. In fact, he's doing our family's lamb for Passover.
