In your opinion do you think its ok to buy meat from the "reduced for sale" meats, the ones that are suppose to expire the next day, and freeze them for later use?

I have and do buy these meats and freeze them for use later.  Just a warning, though, use them very quickly once you thaw them!

I do the same. I used to work in a meat market and we reduced for quick sale all the time. We just needed to get the meat sold or it was a loss for us.

I use it all the time. I always check the discount meat bin and get it wrapped and frozen as soon as I get home.

I got 12 lbs of 93/7 ground sirloin for $25 the other day.

Rarely do I buy meat that is set to expire in less than 2-3 days.

I have bought it several times....I just bought a pack of hamburger last week marked down from $9.44 to $5.36.  I bought it home and threw it in the freezer and made sloppy joes with it later on that day.
