What are your favorite types of cheese??
My two top faves:
Feta & Pepper Jack
Though Mozzarella and Extra Sharp Cheddar are on my list.
Pepperoni cheese-yummm!!!

I like most cheeses. I don't like the rubbery kinds though, like provolone and domestic Swiss.
I love Double Gloucester (sharp cheddar and Stilton Bleu cheese layered together) probably the most of all.

I love so many different cheeses for different things.
Provolone for sandwiches, gruyere for pizza, Gouda for grilled cheese, feta on salads, and sharp cheddar or pepper jack for snacks.
