Bread Pudding on the grill

 This looks good, and easy.

Bread Pudding

Whisk 2 eggs, 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon in a bowl. Add 4 cups bread cubes and 1 cup berries; soak 30 minutes. Butter a sheet of nonstick foil and add the bread mixture; form a packet. Grill over indirect heat, turning a few times, 35 minutes.

 What a clever idea! My dh loves cooking on the grill I could just throw these little packs in with whatever he is making!

I love bread pudding!  I tried to make it in the oven once and it didn't come out right.  I will have to try this.  Thx for sharing.
