Recipe of the Week; June 17 - Jell-O in an Orange Wedge
We love making these and if you want you can add alcohol (normally vodka) to the Jell-O too. We make these mostly in the summer
Before getting started, take your oranges and cut them in half. Spoon out the inside of the oranges, leaving just the peel. Blot the inside with paper towels to get it as dry as possible.
Basically what you do is pour the jello mixture in half sliced orange peels (or lemons, limes, grapefruits, whatever you like) and then put them in the fridge!
When it's done, you cut them into the smaller slices as if they are really oranges! You'll definitely want a good knife for this!
